Mindful Rich Work helps you increase employee motivation, job satisfaction and work-life balance through pep talks, workshops and coaching.
The Mindful Rich Work model can be used to connect each personal strategy to the company strategy to secure a feeling of higher purpose, higher motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, it increases work-life balance if the Mindful Rich Living model is also applied
Motivation by Appreciation (MBA) (based on “The 5 languages of Appreciation in the Workplace” by Gary Chapman and Paul White), can be used to teach team members to show meaningful appreciation to each other on a regular basis.
Lack of authentic and individual recognition from managers, staff and colleagues can lead to stress, overwhelm, absence, conflicts, bad performance, negativity, and a high employee turnover.
If managers and colleagues learn to show authentic and individual recognition in a way that makes most sense to the individual person it will lead to:
- Higher job satisfaction and motivation

Inspirational pep talk based on “The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace” by Gary Chapman and Paul White. It will inspire management and employees to show authentic and individual recognition to each other on an everyday basis in a language that makes most sense to the individual person. It does not include individual testing. For this a workshop is required.
The Motivation by Appreciation (MBA) Workshop includes videos, pep talk, discussion and exercises as well as a test called the MBA inventory for each attendee. The MBA inventory will reveal the top 2 languages of appreciation, the least valued language (blind spot), as well as which dialects they prefer in their primary language. During the workshop the participants will learn and discuss how to show authentic and individual appreciation to their colleagues, employees and even their manager to create a better work environment for everyone. The workshop is based on “The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace” by Gary Chapman and Paul White, and is delivered by a certified consultant.
Individual or team coaching is offered based on the Mindful Rich Work model in order to connect each person’s personal strategy to the company strategy to secure a feeling of higher purpose, higher motivation and job satisfaction.
Individual coaching is offered in Mindful Rich Living to increase work-life balance.
